What It Really Isn’t,
And How To Experience The Real Thing …
All The Time!”
So what is the truth about happiness, what it isn’t and how you can start experiencing it for real?
What’s more, how can you experience it consistently?
The key to experiencing true happiness in your life is something that is a common issue out there!
First, everyone wants to be happy.
But few people are – count how many just within your very close proximity of family, friends, co-workers, neighbors… someone is crusty and unsmiling.
But if the people around you are happy, you can bet it’s mainly sometimes and for some reason it just doesn’t last!
No one seems to know how to get it back when it disappears!
And this time of year is one of the worst when it comes to happiness!Oh sure, you have a drink, party a bit, meet up with friends and family and everything seems OK in the moment.
But underneath, you’re thinking, ya but… tomorrow right back at it!
Let me ask you this: If I could grant your wishes, what would you like right now?
Different ___ You fill in the blank.
The truth is, the outside factors are not really what will make you happy – you try changing them over and over. You move, you buy a new car, a new outfit, get a divorce, try out a new relationship, have kids, put mom in a home, send the kids to boarding school, oh my!Somehow, in the end, the sameness creeps back in and you wonder… hmmmmm what am I missing here?
If you’re like me, you’ve also tried to change yourself from the inside too!
You’ve tried self-help programs, another course, a different guru promising a better lifestyle.!
So here’s the first truth about happiness – happiness is the most illusive desire!
Some people might say that it’s finances or relationships, or connection with spirit, and so on. There are a lot of different versions to what brings and sustains happiness.
Bottom line, it’s that elusive butterfly, chased and difficult to capture!
Most experts say that indeed, there are positive and negative emotions and that the positives are good. So we perceive them as good.
Experts say, the negative don’t feel so good, so we perceive them as bad.
There are tones of ways to deal with the negative emotions and deal with the stress associated with those emotions. Some people take trips, some drugs, others change something, and still others, hide under the covers until it goes away for a short time!
I know, because for the better part of a decade, I didn’t know how to handled my stress levels when adding my mom’s health issues to my own lifestyle plate!
Experts say, exercise more, eat less, relationship meetings, meditation and mediation, hire out, and so on.
The say, all you do is deal and manage stress in the moment. Ya But!
Here’s a key questions to ask yourself:
“What if the experts are wrong – and that when they say that positive and negative are good and bad respectively and you just have to deal with it?What if that’s false? What if the truth about emotions is different than that?”
Hmmmm! Well, the experts are wrong!
Now you don’t have to take my word for it.
Simply ask yourself these questions:
- Is the world a happier place as a result of all the expert advice, tools, techniques, therapies and modalities, the books, audios, seminars and so on?
- Are you truly happier after all you’ve done or as happy as you’d like to be after adding a few more hours of reading, courses and mediation up to this point?
If we’re being brutally honest here, the answer is NO!
To both of those questions, the world is not happier…. and it won’t get happier… and you won’t get happier unless a huge change is made.
I’m going to show you how to make that huge change and how to experience true and everlasting change to happiness.
Yup, this may open your eyes, shake you up, and rock your world.
re you ready to find out what the key is?
I invite you to stay tuned for the next post when unveil the answer! I promise, you will be so intrigued and surprised, you will wonder why you didn’t think of this before!
I do hate to leave you in the fog… but heck, what’s a few more days?!?
